RIELA will handle your enquiry in four easy steps.
(Please note this service is for Travel Agents operating outside Japan)
Step One: Send us your enquiry on this page.
Please include: The number of travelers, time of year or exact dates of travel, your guests interests or any particular concept/theme you would like for the trip, and a rough budget. This will speed up the process of making a perfect trip for your travelers.
Step Two: We will make a tour plan for your guests within one week. Any adjustments to this tour plan can be organized through e-mail.
Step Three: If the tour plan looks good, please let us know so we can start confirming operational details.
Step Four: We process payments through Paypal. We find that this is the safest and most convenient payment system for you and for us. Once your Paypal payment is confirmed, we will begin finalizing your plan.
If, for some unforeseen reason, you need to cancel the tour, please advise one week before the Start Date. If you cancel one week before the tour is schedule to operate, there will be no cancellation or administration fees charged by us or by Paypal.
